For a wonderful year I worked for Special Olympics Oklahoma. I can say besides being a photographer, this was my favorite job ever. My favorite days were the days there were competitions and we were out at the games. I think every athlete should volunteer with Special Olympics so they can learn how to be a team and sportsmanship. Special Olympics athletes and partners are some of the best athletes in the world when it comes to sportsmanship. It isn’t about million dollar signing bonuses…but doing the best you can, and cheering on your friends.
I was thrilled to be able to spend an hour at the Swimming meet in Lewisville this past weekend!
